The successful candidate will be employed by Global
Web Edit on a freelance contract basis and will be
responsible for translating documents and marketing
copy from Chinese to English and vice-versa,
reporting directly to the project manager. Located
in either Hong Kong or mainland China.
 Educated
to degree level, preferably majoring
in linguistics |

- 2 years relevant translation
experience |
|
Good
command of spoken and written
Chinese/Cantonese, English and
Putonghua |
|
Well
versed Simplified Chinese characters
an advantage |
|
Proficiency
in MS Office and Chinese Word
Processing |
|
Self-motivated
and able to produce high quality
work independently under tight
deadlines |
