The owner of a three bedroom apartment located in the north-eastern Scottish town of Nairn decided to put the property onto the market with the hope of obtaining a swift sale. Traditional offline campaign was proving unsuccessful in reaching potential buyers outside of the locality.

Project Overview

The client approached us to assist in the development of an online marketing campaign to hasten the sale.

Following close consultation we set about creating a heavily visual site to promote the property, including image galleries and floor plans.

Utilizing flash technologies we were able to produce a site that gave the visitor a accurate reflection of the property.

Once launched the site was aggressively marketed via a pay-per-click campaign. A sale was agreed via a lead through the website within one month of site launch.
